Winter Wonderland

We've traveled over the river and through the woods, and today we are cozily tucked away at Grandma's House! I think this is the most amount of snow I have ever seen up here. There are 2-3 feet on the rooves, 3-4 feet on the ground, and 6-7 feet where it has been plowed or shoveled. It is completely beautiful! Happy 2011 to you!

"She is not afraid of the snow for her household:
for all her household are clothed with scarlet"
--Proverbs 31.21

"Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord.
"Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;
though they are as red as crimson, they shall be like wool."
Isaiah 1.18
(Our dog, Layla can walk straight onto the porch which is normally 3 feet off the ground)
"He says to the snow, 'Fall to the earth'"
Job 37.6

"His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow,
and his eyes were like blazing fire."
Revelation 1.14

The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth.

They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry.

It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit.

It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it."

Isaiah 55.10
