spinach casserole

Just got done with an excellent tasting, very filling, and simple dinner.   I love those kind! We had slow cooked BBQ elk steaks over rice with a side of spinach casserole. The kids didn't go for the spinach, but Adrian & I enjoyed it enough, I will be making it again. (Oh, and you can tell we're not disturbed by saturated fat in this house!):
Spinach Casserole
1 pound fresh spinach
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
cubed bread
melted butter
Combine spinach and cream cheese in casserole dish. Top with bread. Pour melted butter over bread. Broil until bread is light brown (I stirred once before completing broiling). Enjoy!
